Tess Brouwer is the former Head of Partnerships at Virgin Australia, whose life took a dramatic turn following a spinal cord injury. Now the CEO of the Awake Academy, author, and a practitioner of positive psychology, she helps global businesses embrace change, lead with empathy, and prioritise wellbeing.
Expect raw and honest storytelling, science-backed insights, and practical strategies to help you lead with purpose and redefine success in your own life.
Begin your experience with a curated selection of Marnong Estate wine served throughout the event. Arrive at The Green Grove with seasonal canapés and open networking. Then move into The Angliss Room for a specially designed two-course menu, fabulous door prizes, and gift bags for each attendee. After lunch, sit back and enjoy Tess’s inspiring keynote presentation. The afternoon concludes with the second course—dessert—served alongside coffee.
