Each session accommodates up to seven family members. If your group is larger, consider booking two consecutive sessions for a seamless experience.
To enjoy a greater variety of portraits — such as both with and without Santa — we suggest reserving back-to-back sessions. This approach allows extra time and creative flexibility.

IMPORTANT
Cancellations or refunds cannot be accommodated within 7 days of the event, as outlined in the event terms and conditions. This includes no-shows and illness.
Rescheduling can only occur if alternative sessions are available.
In the event that Marnong Estate cancels the session due to weather conditions at the Estate or safety concerns, a replacement session date will be organised.
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted at Marnong Estate for these photo sessions.

Because Marnong Estate is a working farm, pets are not permitted on site during photography sessions.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you can’t attend your session, we will try to move your booking to another available time. However, due to the exclusive nature of these sessions, refunds are not available within 14 days of your booking.
Receiving Your Photos
You’ll receive your high-resolution images within seven days — just in time for Christmas gifting.
Retouching Options
Your package includes expertly edited images. Full retouching can be arranged for an additional fee, with individual quotes provided.
