La Vètta’s Lasagne of Chianina ground beef, sofrito of Wagyu Bresaola, nutmeg & heritage carrots, Fontina bechamel and fresh Winter black truffle.

Side of leafy green & herby salad, Chardonnay vinegar, salad onions, buttermilk, and chives with the Lasagne.
