October | Lombardia Dinner at La Vètta – Milan & Lake Como
Milan, Lombardia’s cosmopolitan heart, dazzles with the soaring spires of the Duomo Cathedral. This Gothic masterpiece remains one of the most admired landmarks in Europe. Beyond the city, the tranquil waters of Lake Como shimmer against an alpine backdrop. Together, they capture the romance and grandeur of northern Italy.
Lombardia is also a land of abundance. Its fertile plains yield 93% of the nation’s rice. In addition, lush pastures make it Italy’s dairy capital, producing more than a third of the country’s cheeses. Vineyards cover 26,951 hectares, where sparkling wines like Franciacorta and Oltrepò Pavese are created in the traditional Champagne method.
This heritage is reflected in the Lombardia Dinner at La Vètta menu. Guests will enjoy Milan’s favourite mondeghili meatballs, delicate tortelli di zucca, and saffron rice with slow-braised veal. Each dish captures the refined yet generous spirit of northern Italy.
For Chef Greg Feck, who recently toured Italy, this menu is about more than flavour. It is a tribute to the authenticity of Lombardia — its landscapes, produce, and traditions.
