Petting Zoo – October
Petting Zoo at Marnong Estate
Make a day of it at Marnong Estate as one of our most-loved family events returns for one special Sunday.
Set among the rolling landscape of the estate, the Petting Zoo brings together animals, live music, relaxed dining and plenty of space to settle in and enjoy the day at your own pace.
Meet bunnies, goats, chickens and sheep, get up close with camels, alpacas and ostriches, explore the bird aviary and discover something unexpected during a reptile encounter. Marnong’s much-loved Highland cows will also be waiting to say hello.
Once your Petting Zoo session is over, the day doesn’t have to end.
Bring a picnic blanket and find a place on the lawn, where REwind Lane will perform live from 11am–4pm against a backdrop of sweeping estate views. Pick up something delicious from Vista, visit the Cellar Door, or turn the day into a long lunch at Cucina 3064 or La Vètta.
Whether you come for the animals, the music, the food or simply an afternoon in the country, the Petting Zoo is an opportunity to slow down and experience Marnong Estate as a destination.
