The Women in Leadership Luncheon 2026 is a curated afternoon designed for women who lead in business, sport, community and life.
Rather than traditional networking, this event creates meaningful connection and focused leadership insight. As a result, guests enjoy thoughtful conversation in an inspiring setting while building genuine professional relationships.
Following the success of previous keynote speakers Jelena Dokic, Michelle Payne and Tess Brouwer, Marnong Estate welcomes Olympic champion and entrepreneur Lydia Lassila.
As an Olympic gold medallist and four-time Olympian, Lydia brings first-hand insight into leadership under pressure. However, her story extends beyond elite sport. Throughout her keynote, she explores resilience, reinvention and confidence through change. Importantly, she also shares her experience across entrepreneurship, identity and motherhood.

Hosted at Marnong Estate in Mickleham, Victoria, this leadership luncheon brings together women from across Victoria for an afternoon of insight, inspiration and connection. Set within an elegant setting, the experience combines refined dining with powerful storytelling and practical leadership perspective.

Refunds are available up to 7 days prior to the event date. Refund requests made within 7 days of the event are not eligible for a refund.
Tickets are not transferable to another event, date, or workshop.
