    Picked up directly from Marnong Estate at no extra cost. Please contact us in advance to arrange a suitable collection time.
  • Voucher Contents
    The gift voucher will include a premium gold-coloured card along with a matching envelope. There will be a printed page detailing the inclusions of your experience and the steps to redeem it.
  • Redemption Process
    To redeem your gift voucher, please contact Marnong Estate reception directly. Booking is essential and subject to availability. Ensure you have your gift card on hand, as it will be required to confirm your reservation.
  • Accommodation Details
    Vouchers can be used for accommodation. Please contact Guest Services.
  • Validity
    The voucher must be redeemed within 3 years from the date of purchase. After this period, the voucher will expire, and no refunds or extensions will be offered.
  • Refunds
    Vouchers are non-refundable for any reason and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Non-Transferable
    This gift voucher is non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the recipient listed on the card.
  • Cancellations and Changes
    Changes to bookings can be made subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before the booked date. Cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the voucher.
