Indulge in a delightful four-course dinner, each course expertly paired with complementary wine, complete with shared sides and a scrumptious dessert, during a leisurely four-hour dining experience. Throughout the evening, you’ll listen as you discover and appreciate the intricate creations of Alex and Greg.

A Bit About Alex Beckett 

Alex Beckett, winemaker and candidate in the prestigious ‘Master of Wine Program,’ leads the winemaking team at Marnong Estate. He began in the Hunter Valley, where he started selling wine at Tyrell’s Cellar Door. From there, Alex became the winemaker at Briar Ridge in Pokolbin in 2018, where he oversaw production of classic regional wines.  

A Bit About Greg Feck 

With over three decades of experience, Greg Feck’s journey began as Jamie Oliver’s Senior Sous Chef in London. Upon relocating to Melbourne, he garnered acclaim at Richmond Hill Café & Larder alongside Stephanie Alexander. Greg then co-founded Crabapple Kitchen in Hawthorn. He further flourished with the opening of Vaporetto Venetian Bar and Eatery, recognized with a ‘1 Hat’ in ‘The Age Good Food Guide’. 

A Bit About Marnong Estate Winery  

Currently cultivating 14 grape varietals across 22 hectares of vineyards. Notably, our 2022 Shiraz was awarded Gold, while our 2022 Montepulciano and 2022 Fiano each received Bronze at the 2023 Melbourne Royal Wine Awards. The future of Marnong Estate’s winemaking capabilities promises excitement for wine enthusiasts throughout Victoria.
