Step 2: Check your inbox at 5pm, Friday 2nd May 2025 for your private VIP code. 
Step 3: At 6pm sharp, click the link in that email. (Your code won’t work before this time!) 
Step 4: Use your code to unlock and purchase your tickets. Be quick – they always sell out fast!  

This exclusive window is only available for a short time (or until tickets sell out) before we go public.  

Public release: 1,000 General Admission tickets go on sale Saturday, 10th May at 1pm.

$10 Food Voucher
All adults who have purchased tickets for our May Petting Zoo will receive a $10 food voucher at check-in.
For more information about using your voucher, please click below or read the instructions printed on the back of your food voucher card included in your check-in envelope. 

Ticket Types & Limits
To ensure fair access, the following limits apply per transaction: 

• Adult’s Ticket (12+ years old): Up to 4 per transaction 
• Children’s Ticket (3–11 years old): Up to 6 per transaction 
• Children 2 years and under: Do not require a ticket
